FSBO HotSpot is a service of Northern California Home [NCaHome]. NCaHome is leading the effort to change the real estate industry's commission structure in California. NCaHome is a full-service brokerage which never charges more than 1.5% [unlike the traditional 3%] per side for its brokerage services.
But NCaHome is a brokerage which also believes in and supports "For Sale By Owner" FSBO transactions. So, NCaHome created its 1Lising Program [1Listing]. Using the 1Listing Program, a FSBO Seller can list California residential real estate on the Realtor MLS for $299 fixed fee. If closing assistance is needed, a FSBO Seller can enjoy full Seller representation from contract through close of escrow by paying $3699 fixed fee (due only upon successful close of escrow).
